Winsor and Newton NZ Sponsorship Art Award at the Christchurch Art Show

Bernadette Parsons is the winner of the Winsor and Newton NZ Sponsorship Art Award! The Winsor & Newton NZ Sponsorship Art Award is for an artist at the Christchurch Art Show who is dedicated to the craft of fine art and good practice whilst finding new ways to explore their creativity.
